Bob’s areas of expertise include organizational leadership and revitalization, strategic business planning and innovative solution implementation. Bob has had exposure to numerous industries during his career, acquiring great insight in manufacturing, supply chain, retail and consumer packaged goods. His repeated exposure to troubled companies has developed his strategic insight in how to turn companies into growing and profitable ones through his leadership and talent acquisition and development.
With a business career spanning over four decades Bob, a Chartered Professional Accountant, has been president and CEO of both publicly traded and private corporations and has successfully negotiated several acquisitions and divestitures. His most recent roles were as President and CEO of the Calgary Airport Authority, President and CEO of Big Rock Brewery and CEO of the Forzani Group Ltd.
Bob also enjoys providing advice and governance oversight to not for profit organizations. When Bob is not providing support and advice to his clients at the firm he spends time with family. Bob enjoys hiking and climbing in the summer and skiing with the grandkids in the winter. Bob and his spouse of 44 years, Andrea, are also the proud owners of a premium Burgundian style winery called Solvero Wines in the Okanagan.
