Senior Advisor

With over 30 years of experience as a CPA CA, Paul is an accomplished executive leader known for driving profitability and fostering growth in diverse environments, including rapid change, turnaround, and startups. His senior financial leadership roles are complemented by his extensive experience in strategy development and operations. Paul has held key positions such as CFO, COO, and Senior VP across various industries, equipping him with the expertise to identify critical business and financial issues and empower business owners to make informed, strategic decisions.

Paul excels at aligning purpose, values, vision, and mission to create a sustainable high-performance culture that delivers exceptional financial and operational results. He leverages his extensive leadership experience to develop strategies, drive business transformation, identify lucrative markets, expand sales channels, manage projects, and execute M&A opportunities.

In addition to his professional achievements, Paul is committed to giving back to his community. He currently serves as the Board President of his local food bank and has dedicated countless hours to volunteer efforts. In his spare time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, is an avid golfer and hockey player, has recently taken up skiing, and is relishing the outdoor experiences that Calgary has to offer.
