Tracie Noble, CPA, CA

Tracie began her career with a big-four accounting firm in Saskatchewan, working with various private enterprises. In 1991, she took the opportunity to transfer to Calgary which provided endless opportunities to work in both private and publicly listed companies. Her career has spanned more than three decades, providing senior financial leadership to a variety of industries, including manufacturing, utilities, upstream and downstream energy, recreation, residential land development, and private equity. Tracie’s practical experience spans the full life cycle of a business, from start-up to sale, and her “can do” attitude has provided the opportunity to lead the accounting, finance, planning and budgeting, tax, treasury and financial reporting functions, as well as payroll and benefits administration. Tracie’s passion is to help business owners identify and create efficiencies in process and structure that support strategic priorities. Her honest, common-sense approach to business, with a focus on relationships, deliver consistent, reliable results by leveraging the strengths of those she works with. She is passionate about collaborating with our business leaders, to provide practical, insightful, and creative solutions to their business opportunities and challenges.

Tracie was born and raised in a small farming community in Saskatchewan, and learned early on about the importance of community. Her move to Calgary provided a number of opportunities to give back, which has included participation on the Board of Decidedly Jazz Danceworks, volunteering as a mentor for the Bridge Program, and volunteering at her daughter’s school and for various junior sports organizations. Currently she serves on the Board of Directors for the Women In Need Society of Calgary (WINS) as the Board Chair, and has a passion for the performing arts. As an empty nester, Tracie and her husband love to hit the links as often as possible!

Tracie is a CPA – Chartered Accountant (1991) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) majoring in Accounting, from the University of Saskatchewan (1988).
